The bathroom is fundamentally an exciting design task.

Peter Ippolito

Ippolito Fleitz Group is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Stuttgart/Germany with offices in Berlin and Shanghai. Their mission is to translate the complex identity of its clients into an appropriate design. The designers and creatives see themselves as "identity architects". For them, identity is a flowing process that they accompany in architecture, product design and communication. The basis of the design process is a strong conceptual idea that can be transferred into space and communication.

Diversity is also very important in the bathroom.

Peter Ippolito

The studio was founded in 2002 by Peter Ippolito and Gunter Fleitz. Currently, the team consists of 130 architects, interior designers, product and communication designers. The projects have been awarded more than 380 national and international prizes. In 2015, Peter Ippolito and Gunter Fleitz were the first German designers from the field of interior design to be inducted into the "Interior Design Hall of Fame".

For us, the bathroom will always remain an analogue, sensual place.

Curated Dreams

For a premium property from project developer Sunac, Ippolito Fleitz designed a 700 m² penthouse suite near the Bund in Shanghai – initially as a show apartment. Spacious, versatile and unique. Then the interior design chanced upon the right clients – and in a heartbeat, the show apartment became the family’s new home. Photo: Zhang DaQi

Haus Viewpoint

Every family desires a home that gives them as much freedom as possible to meet their needs. “House Viewpoint” is set in a prime hillside location in Stuttgart; its occupants, parents with two children, have treated themselves to a home that not only serves their current needs, but is designed to grow with its occupants and their future needs in the best possible sense.
