The Lignatur Art collection aims to blur the boundaries between the bathroom and the living space. The solid natural wood, combined with elegant ceramic or glass top panels and the recessed or surface-mounted enamelled washbasins, creates a harmonious whole. Yet the collection surprises with its delicate design language. The result is a bathroom ambience that combines elegant cosiness with refined lines.

The focus is on the new wood type smoked oak, which gives the series an elegant look. The dark surface of smoked oak is created by a traditional, natural process: The solid wood is steamed with salmiak spirit, which develops the characteristic deep colouring. Each surface of a bathroom furniture is given its own individual expression and is characterised by natural grain and vibrant. The naturalness of the material is fully preserved, making each piece of furniture unique.

In addition to smoked oak, there are other woods to choose from: Venice oak with its unique shipworm structure, classic oak with a warm honey tone and light wild white oak with a vibrant grain.

The Edition Lignatur Art product range is rounded off by the washbasin with benches as well as sideboards, mid and tall units. The continuous fronts can be opened conveniently thanks to push-to-open technology and closed gently using soft-close hinges. On request, cover plates can also reliably protect the solid wood of the side units and middle units. They also serve to highlight the natural charm of the furniture and – in keeping with the design of the washbasin – ensure a cohesive look.

The cohesive look is completed by the range’s mirror cabinet, which features elements made from natural woods. Compartment inserts, compartment back panel and body sides are made of corresponding woods. An all-round three-sided light frame creates maximum illumination at the wash station and illuminates the face - whether as a classic wall-mounted mirror cabinet or as built-in model. The open storage shelf presents your favourite products in an effective way. The LED lighting can be dimmed via the control panel and the light colour can be continuously adjusted from warm white to daylight-like lighting (2,700 - 6,500 Kelvin). In addition, the mirror cabinet has three lighting sources: A main lighting of the surrounding frame as well as compartment and wash basin lighting.

The light colour of the series’ light mirror can also be infinitely controlled and dimmed from warm white to daylight-like lighting using the button panels with touch sensors. This means that the light can not only be adjusted to the mood of the viewer, but also shows, for example, just when applying the make-up, how the effect is in the outdoors, office or restaurant. The light sail of the mirror lets the light fall pleasantly from above. Mirror heating is also available as an option.

The Edition Lignatur Art bathroom furniture is created with a passion for craftsmanship and great appreciation for the high-quality material. Before the furniture is made, there is a special step called “painting with wood”. The grains of the natural woods used for an Edition Lignatur furniture should match each other perfectly. This is done by taking the time to match the individual slats of the natural wood panels from which they are made. For a harmonious look in the bathroom.
