02/25

The programme on the last day of the trade fair starts with the omnipresent topic of artificial intelligence. Thorsten Moortz (handwerk.live) will focus on AI in the trades and present three tools that save time but still put people at the centre. In his presentation, Dirk Engelhardt (Geberit) will show the importance of modular construction and prefabrication and present solutions for construction projects. Christian Büttner's presentation will focus on bathrooms for generations and the design of accessibility by Kaldewei and HFG Offenbach. In the concluding panel discussion, Jens J. Wischmann (VDS) will pose the question "Quo vadis, sanitary industry?" and take a look into the future of the sanitary industry in dialogue with industry experts from all three sales channels.

10:00-10:30 a.m.: AI for Tradespeople: 3 Tools that Save Time from Today and still Keep People at the Centre of Things

Speaker: Thorsten Moortz (handwerk.live)

At ISH 2025, Thorsten Moortz - known for practical AI solutions in the trade - will show you how to use AI profitably without detours. As an expert in applicable technology, he will demonstrate live how intelligent automation saves time without sacrificing humanity. He will show how we can delegate routine tasks, prioritise customer meetings and reduce error rates - with apps and tools that Thorsten himself has successfully established in day-to-day trade work and which, in most cases, don't even cost money. His credo: "AI is not hype, it's your daily helper!"

10:45-11:15 a.m.: Clever modules and intelligent prefabrication - optimum solutions for your construction projects

Speaker: Dirk Engelhardt (Geberit)

Building is expensive and time-consuming - at least that's the current mood. This is particularly evident where a lot of technology is installed and where many trades have to be coordinated - in the area of sanitary facilities. We show solutions that reduce installation times, minimise the coordination effort and thus offer opportunities to save time and money.

11:30 - 12:00 h: Circuse - Bathrooms for Generations

Speaker: Christian Büttner (Kaldewei)

Kaldewei and HFG Offenbach design accessibility

1:00-1:30 pm: The future of colour in bathroom design!

Panel Diskussion with experts from the three levels of distribution

The talk will focus on the changes that all levels of distribution will have to organise in the future when it comes to bathrooms. A high need for renovation, especially for bathrooms for the older generation, significantly increased prices for industry, trade and craftsmen, which impose numerous constraints on consumers' renovation plans. In addition, there are ecological requirements and the desire for individualised bathrooms that offer a high level of comfort.
